Returns
At Paper24nl you can return your order within 30 days after you have received your order. And if it's a few days later, we don't mind. During this period, you will handle the product and packaging with care. If you want to return the product, you have to return the product and all delivered (free) accessories in the original condition and packaging. For administrative reasons we don't exchange your products, we return the paid amount as soon as possible (mostly within 7 days), after receiving your return.

You order must be accompanied by the original packing slip and should be carefully packed. The shipment is for your own risk. When the product is not, only partially, in worsened condition returned or obviously used, we are obliged to deduct a decrease in value.
Products that have been especially produced for you (for example when an product is engraved), cannot be changed or returned.
